This home near Monrovia, MD had water coming in the basement where the driveway ran alongside the house. Over several years the driveway had dropped leaving a gap. The homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a free estimate. A System Designer met with them, inspecting the area and offering a free estimate for repair. Michael was concerned about his sinking patio. The under-patio drainage system was aging and had started to wash away the dirt causing the slab to sink and pull away from the retaining wall. A homeowner had some bad settlement around the front of their home. The concrete had settled quite a bit leaving a gap under the front stone facade. In this process a skilled installation crew drills small holes at regular intervals, pumping poly foam into the holes to lift and level. After the desired height is reached, the holes are filled back in.
