This property is owned by a local church for community purposes. It was apparent that there was a serious water leak that the church board knew need to be addressed. They reached out to Fortress for a solution, and after seeing the property, we decided that our Water Guard XL drainage system and TripleSafe Sump Pump system was the right solution for their concerns.  

This owner was tired of getting water in their finished basement. Our team came in and installed our WaterGaurd XL drainage system and Smart Sump Pump to eliminate the chance of water ever entering their home again. 

In Blacksburg, Virginia, Ellen's basement showed significant water intrusion, jeopardizing the safety and usability of her space. In the before photo, you can see the persistent dampness, which would lead to further structural and health issues if left unaddressed. Our team at Fortress Foundation Solutions installed our effective WaterGuard system to channel excess water to the new TripleSafe sump pump, securing the foundation against potential flooding. Completing the solution, the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier improved air quality and moisture levels. The after photo highlights the transformed, dry environment suitable for storage and daily use.

Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the SuperSump and be pumped out of the home. Together, these products will ensure that this basement will stay dry!
