This homeowner in Stuart, VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions because they had water intrusion in their crawl space and floors in their home had started sagging down. 

After explaining all the issues they were having over the phone, we sent one of our System Designers out to take a look! He recommended our SmartJack Crawl Space Support System. This system provides solid support for undersized beams and restores stability and straightness to sagging floor joists in a crawl space. We also installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to assure them that their crawl space would stay dry!

The back left corner of their home had started to sink down so they needed a permanent solution to lift the corner of their home back up to prevent further damage. Fortress did just that by installing our Interior PushPiers!

Chris decided that Power Braces were the best perminate solution to this home. After our crew installed these Power Braces, the wall had the support it needed.

Our System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement, along with a SuperSump sump pump.

Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the SuperSump and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that this homeowner will never again have to worry about a wet basement!
