Jim spoke to us as to what time they could come and we all agreed no problem We have to add that Jim Chase and his crew were the best, Jim introduced himself, asked about wearing masks, and went over the whole process of what they would do and then got to work and I mean they know how to work Jim, Cory, and Mike, and then last day guys named Dan and Dalton helped, then when they finished Jim went over everything with us to our satisfaction. We were so impressed how all the guys worked together and no bad language. Jim is a great leader and really knows his job and does it. Thank you so much!!! They were the best crew we have ever met, respectful, good workers, and no bad language.

I first heard of Badger Basement Systems because the bank I work at has their system installed. I have worked there for 20 years and I knew how well the system worked. Our sales specialist and crew were all very good!

When we do our work at customers homes there is a lot of in and out to take out broken concrete and bring in new concrete, this specific customer was very please with our crew when they put down a covering over the floor to help save her flooring but also prevent any messes. This is what we like to hear about our crew going above and beyond for our customers!

We had work done before and we saw an ad back then.  Dale was our representative and he was good.  We had used you before and the system has worked to keep our basement dry.  When something works, why change?  We are glad they came and got our new part of the basement fixed.
