Your representative was prompt and to the point. We didn't contact another company for a bid, we selected Badger Basement because of the name. The crew was courteous in answering questions and work was cleaned up with very little mess.

Wow! My mother always taught us to leave a place better than when we arrived.  They must know my mom.  It was fantastic to see the basement cleaner that I had ever seen it.  Job well done.

I had the work done on the other side of our basement a few years ago and they did a great job.  Dale was very good, nice, honest and informative.  The crew was very courteous and the clean up was perfect.  These guys were great.  They arrived a day early (they called first) and worked quickly and finished ahead of schedule.     

Rose had multiple different products installed in her basement. Dehumidifier, water control system around the whole perimeter of the basement and also CleanSpace on the walls to give it a nice look. While our Specialist Jesse was out Rose really appreciated his input on what he felt would be the best approach to their basement. They've never dealt with something like this and had no idea where to start. She was very happy with the professionalism from the first initial call to the final clean up of the crew. 

Paul and Nate did a great job.  Our flooring installer said he had never seen such a smooth concrete job. 

Todd was great, very thorough and willing to answer any questions I had. I was referred to you by someone that's not always happy and I knew if she liked your work, it was going to be great! Crew was very courteous and answered all my questions. Cleanup was unremarkable! I will definitely refer Badger Basement to anyone looking for a dry basement. Thank you! If you want the problem corrected, Badger Basement is the best in the industry!  They know what they are doing.          

Tim Gray did a very informational presentation and answered all my questions.  Gene and Jon were very good.  They did a very good job in the clean-up process.

My wife and I felt we could trust the recommendations of the sales tech.  He was factual and knew what would work in our situation and why.  His years of experience were valuable.  I was impressed by the tow-person crew who installed the system.  Most workers want to be left alone to do the they’re paid to do.  Your guys said they welcomed our questions and explained what they were doing.  That was important to us. The crew leader mentions he had recently been out of the state for training.  I think that says a lot about your goals as a company and the mindset you’re installing in your employees-learning new technologies is important The bottom line is that it works.  We have had rain that caused the sump pump to run, but we’ve never gotten water in the basement.

The office is very helpful and pleasant.  I was not home for the appt, but the technician did give a courtesy call.  You would have never even known he was here.
