Rep was very nice. Explained everything very well. Rep talked to us not down to us. Crew was easy to talked to explained things to us if we had questions.My basement has never been cleaner. Everyone we talked with from the office staff to the ref who was here to the installation crew were very respectful and easy to talk to. They answered all our questions. For once we are looking forward to the spring thaw. We hope that there will be no water in the basement like years past. We are looking forward to finishing our basement finally.

I first became aware of Badger Basement Systems at a home show in Eau Claire. The office staff were helpful, Emily and Stephanie are both wonderful on the phone, I would keep them! In regards to the representative that came to my home, to tell you the truth, Willy really knows his stuff. Willy's personality and knowledge of the system led me to hire Badger Basement, Willy is another keeper! Jim and Robbie completed the work at my home, they are very nice guys, I had very little to do after they were finished - Good Job!

The service technician was very knowledgeable.  He took the time to go over the system with me so I understood how it worked and how to maintain it between visits. 

The customer had scheduled another appointment with a separate company to compare bids. The customer wrote to us in his post-installation survey that he cancelled with the other company and went directly with our company because the specialist treated him so well. The crew also did a great job and even finished earlier than expected!

I had a problem moving a double concrete sink...they not only took it outside, but took it with them.  What a relief!

You have done work for us prior to this time and it worked well.  The crew was very courteous and they did a good job on the cleanup.  The crews were very friendly and did a good job checking out the situation and finishing the job.

Your representative explained the waterproofing system very well. It seemed that the WaterGuard was a permanent solution to my problem. It feels like a large weight has been lifted off my shoulders after installation. I can now enjoy a good thunderstorm without worry! I would recommend WaterGuard to everyone!

I think the area that they worked in was cleaner after they left than when they started.  They knew what they were talking about and were very professional and accomodating to our situation.
