We are pleased with how the water mitigation project at our home was carried out. The two technicians Richie and Dan were friendly, careful of our floors, steps, and belongings. They explained the process and reasons for work they were doing as it progressed, and when finished, went over details regarding operation, care, etc. of sump pump. There are absolutely no signs that they have been here except for the perfectly finished job. I spent 40 years as a residential light commercial contractor and know good work when I see it; and, I'm looking at it right now.

I came across Badger Basement Systems online when looking for a contractor to repair water problems in our basement. Jesse came to our home for a free estimate, he was helpful and knew what he was talking about. Badger Basement Systems was selected to repair our basement because of Jesse's presentation, a better sump pump and the overall look of the system.

Skilled, professional, thorough, courteous and neat.  Excellent service- professional and friendly.  Answered questions thoroughly and explained everything.  

Our rep, Chris Hermsen, was courteous and direct about how this worked.  You were the only company that we called and were easy to work with.  The cleanup was very neat.  We have had this problem for 59 years if this works it will be a long awaited pleasure.

Bill explained the system and what to be aware of.  I appreciated the phone call with the arrival time.  I’m always happy to have my system checked each year.  Knowing it is ready for future use and having questions answered is important to me.                      

The office staff is courteous and helpful.  It was good to talk with someone and not a prerecorded tape.  It was good to know that the same service technician was coming that came in 2019.  I appreciated being asked if I had questions and explained what he would do.  It is good knowing the system has again been checked and is ready for another year.  I appreciate knowing what may be needed at the next visit.  It gives me a chance to prepare for future visits. 

Scott was wonderful. Scott is the best, kind, patient, and answers all my questions. I know I could call him anytime. Crew was very courteous, they were awesome! I felt very well taken care us. I tell everyone about BBS. I show my pictures and videos.

Ben was helpful.  Dale was courteous and on time.  Looks to be a good job.  

The whole process from sales to install smooth.  Tim and Paul did a great job.  They explained everything and there was no screwing around.  They did a great install and cleanup.  I would use Badger again if needed.

Our specialist, Mike, was quick and to the point. We decided to have Badger waterproof our basement because of their prices and references. The crew (Aaron and Paul E) were early, very courteous and they left my basement looking amazing! No water a week later! I'm very happy with Badger Basement Systems and their products!

The crew chief was upper!  He worked rapidly and well.  The cement fill was smooth and tapered well.  He is definitely very talented, A Keeper!
