Using IceGuard in Twin Lake, MI

Water was flooding Tony's basement so our team installed the IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge Line System in addition to other systems. This system allows water to leave even when the discharge line is frozen. Therefore, this system prevents flooding even in freezing temperatures or when the snow is piled up high.

Rim Joist Insulation in Twin Lake, MI

Our team insulated Katie and Jonathan’s rim joists because they were dealing with water intrusion and mold growth in their crawl space. Small cracks and seams can exist around rim joists, but after insulating them all of those cracks are sealed off. Now flow is restricted keeping moisture and unwanted allergens out.

Using SmartSump in Crawl Spaces in Twin Lake, MI

Homeowners had heavy water intrusion entering their crawl space. So in addition to other systems our team installed the SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump. This system was perfectly designed for crawl spaces. It prevents flooding by reducing moisture in the crawl space and by removing any water quickly.

Keeping Basements Dry in Twin Lake, MI

Water intrusion is a big deal, especially when you have a carpeted basement; which was the case for David and Vicky. Water was coming up through the floors which made them rip up the carpet. They needed to waterproof their basement so they called our team. Our team installed the WaterGuard System along with TripleSafe and IceGuard. These three items each play a large role in keeping basements dry. The WaterGuard system catches any leakage from higher walls and floors. TripleSafe is a sump pump system that is battery powered so David and Vicky won't need to worry about their basement flooding during power outages. Lastly even when it is frozen, the IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge Line System allows water to escape. Installing these three pieces will keep their basement dry no matter what weather their house encounters.

Upgrading to a TripleSafe Sump Pump in Nunica, MI

This home had been dealing with water issues for quite some time. Water would leak through cracks in the easily penetrable block walls and flow down to the floor and puddle. Unfortunately, the sump pump that was already in the basement couldn’t keep up with the leakage.  Wanting to get back the peace of mind that a dry basement offers, the homeowner decided to give us a call.

Our system design specialist drew up a plan to capture water and force it out of the basement. A perimeter drainage system would collect water that leaked down the walls and then forced it to a new and more reliable sump pump. More specifically, the top of the line sump pump – TripleSafe. With two backup pumps, the sump is guaranteed to continue working during power outages or if the original pump becomes overpowered. The two discharge lines (seen in the after picture) also enable the system to discharge more water than the previous one-line sump. Hopefully, with the drainage and TripleSafe system working together, this waterproofing issue is solved permanently.
