A previous customer of Ayers called in wondering if we do work with Egress Windows. The customer has Egress already installed from 1997 but the wells were made from railroad ties. The railroad ties are badly deteriorating and would like to replace them. 

Our Egress Window wells are made from galvanized steel meant to hold and never shift overtime. The steel well is a clear upgrade over the previous well that was there.  

Mel recently noticed leaking water in her basement and was sure her old sump pump failed. She researched her options and called Ayers to learn about waterproofing solutions. Our crew of professionals stopped by her house and recommended TripleSafe, the sump pump system designed to prevent failure. TripleSafe includes three pumps, one of which is battery-powered, in case of outages. Mel loves her new system!

Sandy and Mark’s basement near Rabbit River was constantly taking on water, leaving puddles and worries every time it rained. The owners of this home in Scottsville, MI would notice water in along the perimeter of the walls in their fieldstone basement every spring. They needed an effective solution to collect the water from their leaky walls and empty it out of the basement.

After meeting with a system design specialist and learning about the WaterGuard system, the homeowners decided to have our team install this in their basement. This subfloor drainage system sits on top of the footing around the perimeter of the room, collecting water from the walls, and rerouting it to the TripleSafe sump.

The TripleSafe sump pump we installed is the best of its kind—it has three sump pumps in one liner, providing a failsafe pumping system in the event that one sump fails or can’t keep up.
