A customer from Minnetonka, MN got in contact with us when he began to notice that his basement wasn't retaining heat the way he would have liked. Jared went to her home, carefully diagnosed the water issues, and came up with a solution that fit her home repair needs. Our Foreman, Jeromy Anderson, and his production team began the installation by breaking out the concrete perimeter, forming a trench. Our Logistics team built the project, then it was assigned to our Foreman, Luis, and his crew. When the project date arrived, Luis and his crew traveled to the home to begin. First, the crew began by taking out the old sump pump. Once the old sump pump was removed, the crew went ahead and installed WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Next, the crew installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump. As soon as all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
