Brady traveled to Castalia and began the thorough inspection of the basement. During his inspection, Brady confirmed that the basement walls were suffering from water intrusion. Additionally, Brady noticed the sump pump was acting off. Once he completed the inspection, Brady was able to provide the homeowner with a solution. After hearing Brady’s recommendations, the homeowner knew this was the best option for their home. Once the homeowner approved, Brady passed along the proposal to our Logistics team. Our Logistics team scheduled and finalized the project, then it was assigned to our Foreman, Matt. The following month, Matt and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. Matt and his crew arrived at the home to begin the waterproofing installation. First, Matt and his crew started by installing WaterGuard along the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted their focus to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe sump pump. After the TripleSafe was installed, Lane and his crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the efficient work completed by the crew. Our Salesman explained to Tom that the GeoLock anchors are the preferred method of straightening as they extend out to the stable, hard-packed virgin soil beyond the foundation, anchoring themselves there and bracing the foundation wall, effectively pulling the wall back into place.  Tom agreed with the recommendation and work began shortly after. 

Our Foreman, Jose C, and his team ended up installing 12 of our GeoLock anchors throughout the basement. Once the project was complete, Tom was happy to know that he no longer needed to worry about his cracked foundation!

In times of normal functioning, the TripleSafe has a powerful Zoeller 1/3 horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. After a clear inspection and estimate, the homeowners decided to move forward with the project. 

Our Foreman and his crew installed our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain, which serves as an underground drain that prevents mud clogs and catches water leakage from basement walls. Once the product was installed, our team filled the open gaps with river rock to prevent dirt from invading the WaterGuard and applied a new layer of concrete over them.
