Ian went to her home her, inspected her problems, and came up with a solution that fit her needs and budget. To begin the project, our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production team broke out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, collect water seepage from basement walls, and act as an underground drainage system that leads to the sump pump. Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter, which is made to prevent mold and humidity build-up, and give the basement a neat and clean appearance. To complete the project, Corey and his team covered the open floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it. Jessica was happy with the repairs and loved the transformation!
