Sunken Driveway Raised in Rochester, MN

Neal in Rochester, MN was tired of the trip hazard that his sunken concrete had created. His driveway had sunk about two inches below the concrete floor of his garage, so he decided it was time to look into concrete repair. He discovered American Waterworks and was interested to learn more about our PolyLevel concrete repair solution, so he contacted us to receive a FREE estimate. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Kevin McWithey, to his home to inspect his concrete and develop a solution. Neal was pleased to learn that our PolyLevel foam injection is an effective, quick and more affordable alternative to traditional concrete repair, so he scheduled the project.

Our PolyLevel experts, Jared Wroblewski  and Trevor Ellingson, drilled penny-sized holes into the concrete slabs where they needed to be raised. Then, they injected the polymer foam until the concrete became completely level with the garage floor. The process only took a couple of hours and Neal was very pleased with the results! A homeowner in Rochester, MN was tired of dealing with the sunken concrete apron in his driveway. Over time, it had also separated from the garage floor, resulting in a large gap between the two. The homeowner wanted to look into fixing the space, so he went online to look for a company in his area that specialized in concrete repairs. The American Waterworks website stood out to him because of our FREE no-obligation estimates, so he signed up for his own. One of our expert Design Specialists, Nate Bernard, went to the site to inspect the concrete and prepare his recommendations. Nate informed the homeowner that the driveway apron had likely sunk because of soil settling underneath. To fix this issue, our PolyLevel would work to fill in the empty space and lift the slabs back up to be level again. Nate also explained the large empty joint could be filled in with NexusPro sealant for a smoother look. Once she found our website, she decided to take advantage of our FREE estimates, and a few weeks later our Design Specialist, Mitch S, headed out to the home.
