I first approached Quality 1st Basement Systems because I was interested in getting a quote for basement waterproofing, and possible foundation repair. When I first contacted them, I was very satisfied with the information that was provided to me. Ultimately however what sold me the most was the sales team. I had three estimates in the past for the work which was performed, however Ken Peare's sales tactics won me over. The crew, with Juan as the foreman, was extremely efficient, friendly and left the basement in fantastic condition. It was much appreciated!

I am very pleased with the waterproofing work completed by Quality 1st Basement Systems. I had a water problem in the basement for about 3 months before moving forward and contacting Quality 1st Basement Systems. I did research on other companies but liked the reviews that I saw on Angie's List. When I first called the office staff they were courteous and helpful. My inspector Jack was very thorough and knowledgeable. He provided me with all of the information needed to fix my water problem and explained all of the systems. The installation crew led by Wilver did an excellent job, very prompt and neat. They worked non stop until the job was complete, very hardworking overall.

Kudos to Mason Koonce and his crew they did a remarkable job, the quality is outstanding, and their professionalism and downright friendly demeanor demands to be noted and thank. Thank you, Mason, job well done!

You truly get what you pay for. We had them install a system in our basement about 3 years ago. They showed up when they said they would, were professional, fast, and most important, neat. We had some issues with some faulty equipment and they replaced it quickly, at no additional cost. We just had a maintenance visit from Justin and he was terrific. Unlike the utility companies that say they will show up sometime between 9 am and 5 pm, Justin called me and said he was on his way and arrived exactly at the scheduled time. He made some adjustments to our system and was extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend these guys!

We are very satisfied with the work.  The crew was professional and competent.  The salesmen was very professional.  We were referred to your company by someone else.  We came across additional work that needed to be done it was estimated on the spot very fairly, the work was done and kept the project on time and I did not feel held hostage for more work! 

Marcus came by to service my triple safe pump. He was able to diagnose, and explain in simple terms that one of the pumps was not working and quickly changed it with a new one. He was professional, courteous, and clean. Please hire more individuals like him!!!

It was an awesome experience. Their representative, Mike Notar, was amazing. He was very professional and was always available (even after hours). He answered all our questions and guided us through the whole process. He even came at the end of the project to make sure that everything was according to plan and that we were satisfied with it. Thanks, Mike for reminding us what great customer service is. The crew (Ruben, Jeremy, and Carlos) were punctual, very professional, hard-working, very accommodating, super clean, and took the time to answer all our questions. The waterproofing of our crawl space was conducted in just one day and we are very happy with the results. We highly recommend Quality 1st Basement.

All of the people who are associated with the company are very professional, and the products are high quality.
