I had my system installed March of 2005. It proved itself with last spring rains. The installation crew was friendly, knowledgeable and ready to explain everything.  The Design Specialist was very pleasant and confidence inspiring.  The cleanup was satisfactory and the office team was efficient and knowledgeable.  I chose Adirondack Basement Systems because they were professionally competent and anxious to please.  After agreeing on a solution to my basement problem and a price, a review at the office uncovered an alternate approach which is effective and a lower cost.  I was surprised and pleased that this happened.  It demonstrated the integrity of their operation.  I would not hesitate to use their services again and recommend them to others.
