The office staff is pleasant, eager to help and knowledgeable. After the installation I've bought a pool table and will be transforming the basement in to the game room. Mike came and serviced my dehumidifier.  He explained the service, and was very informative.  You're office is also excellent. They're very courteous and friendly. I'm grateful that the moisture and mildew smell is GONE!  The air is more fresh in basement and i love the idea of not emptying buckets of water from a dehumidifier! Very much impressed by product presentation and followup information from initial meeting with the designer. I was very satisfied with the efficient and quick turn-around time. The crew took their time cleaning up to ensure all dirt and debris was cleaned up. The installation crew Sean and Andrew were very courteous.
