We are very pleased with the installation of our waterguard system.  We are excited to be able to finally use the space.  The crew was excellent.  They arrived on time and were very knowledgeable.  They even finished a day early.  Our Design Specialist was excellent.  He was very knowledgeable about the products and worked hard to come up with a solution to our problem.  He also followed up with us to make sure everything was ok.  The office team was excellent, very friendly and polite.  We chose Adirondack Basement Systems because of their reputation in the community, knowledge and the friendliness of the staff.  My wife and I are extremely satisfied with our basement system.  Every employee that we came in contact with, either in person or by phone was friendly and polite.  I would recommend Adirondack Basement Systems to anyone looking for a solution to their basement problems.  The staff is very knowledgeable and hard working.  They will work until they find a solution to your problem. 

I was satisfied with the installation that was completed. The clean-up was great, I did not have to go back and clean again! They did an excellent job. The installation crew was knowledgeable and experienced. The Design Specialist explained the product and features well. The office team returned calls promptly.System seemed the best and most maintenance free, employed sold us seemed confident and knowledgeable.

I used Adirondack Basement Systems for basement waterproofing. I last used them for a maintenance check and to install a sump pump as well as a drainage system for my downstairs area. They were very good. I have not had any problems with what they have installed so far. I would use them again in the future.

Your installation completely stopped a problem we had for years. Water would seep into the outside window wells and we had to go out with a bucket and empty them.  The water would flow over the window sills and down the walls. Since your system was installed - NO MORE PROBLEM!  Dry walls and floors! Thanks again!
