Front Porch Stabilizing in Cincinnati, OH

This elegant front porch in Cincinnati, OH, was sinking, causing cracks to appear in the beautiful brickwork. We attached 4 of our helical deck piers to the two front corners of the footing in order to stabilize the porch. After we stabilized it, we then used our handheld hydraulic device to lift the footing back up, which effectively closed a lot of the gaps and cracks. After we took the after photo, we then poured the backfill back over the pier system, leaving them concealed.

Chimney Stabilization in Cincinnati, OH

The chimney on this Cincinnati home had started pulling away from the house due to foundation settlement, leaving a visible gap.  We installed helical piers and used hydraulic pressure to lift the chimney back into position against the home. The structure is now level, secure, and permanently stabilized. Be sure to scroll through the photos to see the transformation.

Foundation Repair Company in Alexandria, Kentucky

This pier underpinning project to stabilize this sinking foundation required us to tear down a fake wall. This homeowner was a previous client of ours when we stabilized the backside of their garage. They were happy with the job we did, so they had us out again to install more piers. This time, we stabilized the front side. Foundation Repair Contractor in Middletown, Ohio

The floors above this basement in Falmouth, KY, were sloping and sagging. This was not only resulting in loud creaking sounds for the inhabitants of the home when they walked across the floorboards, but it was also causing gaps to appear between the walls and floors upstairs. After inspecting the basement, our team found that several of the existing support posts were no longer providing adequate support to the main beams. We replaced them with adjustable SmartJacks to permanently stabilize and lift the floor structure. Once installed, the floors were level again, the creaking stopped, and the upstairs gaps closed up, restoring the home's comfort and stability.
