In the after picture seen here, you can see two of our best products working in tandem to keep this basement dry. The white CleanSpace walls and our WaterGuard subfloor drains, (concealed beneath the fresh concrete) work together to drain water that may infiltrate from the floor and up above on the walls. This wet basement in Dayton, Ohio needed a waterproofing system. After Dayton had received a massive rain storm, this basement reeked of must, and the owner found out the drywall was concealing tons of moisture. At this point, the homeowner decided to have us come out to install a full waterproofing system, including our CleanSpace walls. The white CleanSpace walls can be seen in the after photo. The walls tuck into our subfloor drainage system, and they will help protect the drywall the owner plans to install over them. They will also block out musty smells and keep moisture away from the basement.

When this Dayton, OH, homeowner spotted signs of water leaks behind their basement's finished walls, they knew it was time for expert help. Notice in the before photo, the fallen fiberglass insulation, which was holding moisture. This home had an old sump pump that needed replacing. We replaced it with a SuperSump Plus sump pump with an UltraSump 4 battery backup.
