Bottom line, professional and knowledgeable people, I would work with them again.---Caleb was my sales contact, not pushy like JES salesmen are and a nice guy who took his time looking into my needs on the house.Toby and his crew Noah, Tyler, and Tim were a great foundation repair team. Now let me get into specifics, I live on a massive hill, my foundation could not be repaired in the price or time allotted during the estimate from Caleb. However Caleb did note that it may not be possible to do a repair without massive cost because of the crazy depth of my foundation being on the downward hill that my foundation needed repair on, yadda yadda yadda, I have a super deep foundation. Anyway the crew could not complete the job and they only allotted one day so I chose not to move forward because they'd have to go deeper and it would turn into a 4 ish day operation with increased costs. Toby was very clear and lucid when talking through the problems they encountered with my nuts deep foundation, I am putting a crack monitor and I am going to see if further movement happens in the time I own this house. Great team.I also had poly being done to raise and secure my front porch and sidewalk, that was Tim C. and Alex. They did a wonderful job and were able to complete the job. My porch was really bad from the previous owner's neglect so with what they had to work with turned out really very nice and makes my home look a heck better. Very happy with the poly team and they took the time to make it perfect.Final shoutout to Holley who sent me the bill before leaving work, however I then requested an itemized bill so she hopped back on and sent that over after she was already done for the day. Really appreciate that.

I called Fortress Foundation Solutions to see if they could repair a shifting retaining wall. Thank you Caleb Stone for coming out to check the wall and see what can be done to fix it. He was very professional and explained everything in detail. Thanks again.

The crew was very professional, easy communication, from the estimate and throughout the whole process. They did an awesome job stabilizing our basement walls and removing the mold. When they finished, they cleaned up the mess. We highly recommend them!

Paul was super helpful and gave me an honest opinion about my retaining wall without selling me something I didn’t need. While he was at my home, he evaluated the basement and gave me some ideas and options of how to reduce humidity and cold air coming through. Again, he was helpful and gave my good answers while not being too pushy like other salespeople. He even helped me move a mattress while he was at my home! Definitely recommend Fortress Foundation to get an honest opinion on retaining walls or basements.

I've been in construction and used a ton of leveling companies in the past and Fortress is far and away the best I hav ever used and will be using them again. 10/10 no complaints or hesitations recommending them.

Adam came to my house today to look at a few concerns that I have for my foundation. He was (in my eyes) 100% honest and Did not sugarcoat anything. He answered every question I threw on him with no hesitation. He was extremely detailed in his explanation, but explained it to me so that I could understand. He also showed me some things to look for in the future, as well as some things that I was worried about that He told me I did not need to be concerned for. We had a crack in our basement floor concrete stretching across the entire basement. Danny Camunas came to assess the situation, and identified our problem. He explained clearly what was happening underneath the concrete slab and what solutions he can offer. Gave us a very reasonable estimate. Through the conversation I had with Danny, I can tell he genuinely cared about my concerns and this is a problem about the home where my family lives. I'm definitely going to reach out to Danny for future foundation issues.

Sumner is the Fortress Foundation Consultant who inspected our home to identify areas of weakness in our foundation support system. This was followed by an extensive educational presentation. Sumner took pictures to show us exactly where the issues existed and drew diagrams for proposed remedies. His presentation manual was an added bonus to our understanding. Minutes into the presentation, it was obvious that Sumner knows his stuff and was someone we could trust. All along the way, he validated our understanding of the work that needed to be done and answered all of our questions. He remained professional and courteous the entire time he was educating us on the various problems and what could be done to correct them. Sumner outdid his competition.by a landslide!! Thank you, Sumner! Whether Fortress Foundation is your first call or your last call, the others will be forgotten once you meet Sumner.On day one of the repairs, Scott was the foreman and on days 2-4, Warren was the foreman. They were professional and courteous as well. Once they introduced themselves and their co-workers, Dan, Jamil and Mickey they worked hard long hours in the summer heat to get the job done. Warren was conscientious about keeping us informed of the progress and answering our questions. On day 4, once all of the new supports were in place the jacking started to reinforce support to our home. Warren stayed inside to validate the effects of the jacking while remaining in communication with Mickey, the “Jacker”. It was truly a WOW moment when I watched a crack between the drywall and crown molding in our kitchen completely close.Yes, the job was expensive, but we love our home and it really needed this operation. The professional, thoughtful and courteous conduct of the Fortress Foundation team was well worth the price and peace of mind that we now have.
