We had major foundation stabilisation work done at our home by Fortress Foundation Solutions and are very pleased with their work.Work was scheduled in advance, they showed up when agreed and completed the work within the planned number of days. The crew of 3 consisted of foreman Nick F, supported by Brian D and David G. They were cautious to limit impacting the grounds around the home, and took measures to re-grade and reseed impacted areas. High quaity work, at a substantially lower cost than the quote we got from one of their competitors.

Our house had a bay window that was sagging. From the start, Jack and Travis made this process easy! Travis was very informative and they both made sure they were respectful of coming into the house. Once the project was finished, they took the time to show me what they did and why they did what they did. I recommend Fortress Foundation and highly recommend Jack and Travis!

My bathroom floor was uneven, and I suspected the worst: that I needed foundation joist repair. I contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions and Eddie Salido inspected my bathroom floor and my foundation, and he concluded that my foundation joists and floorboards were in good condition. He said that I have a leaky toilet that has damaged the subfloor. He advised me to call a plumber and said he could probably fix the subfloor. I followed his advice, and I hired a plumber who will repair my leaky toilet and replace the subfloor.Mr. Salido was professional, polite, and knowledgeable about his profession. I strongly recommend Fortress Foundation Solutions.

This was one of the easiest home repair projects I’ve had done. The initial contact with Scott was great and he made several visits to our home to answer all my questions. The project took 3 full days and Toby, Daniel, Carson, and Tyler were very professional and did an amazing job. They didn’t mind my coming down to check progress and answer my questions . Highly recommend! They maybe more expensive than others but well worth it in my opinion.

The person who answered the phone was fantastic, and they were able to schedule me the next day (on Christmas Eve!).Scott Michaelsen came out to assess my foundation. He called to confirm my appointment and texted me with his arrival time. Scott was punctual, knowledgeable, and great to work with. He took the time to explain what he was seeing and offered thoughtful guidance. He was able to answer all my questions and spent nearly an hour walking around my property talking with me. Mike, Leo, Guss and Sammy somehow made replacing 7 load bearing supports, a basement stair drain install and an encapsulation feel so seamless there were points where I forgot they were working! Mike kept me updated and engaged every step of the way and I swear Mike, Leo, Guss and Sammy left our basement cleaner than it was before the start of the project!One of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor and we will be using them again in the future!
